I’m Terikka Faciane—guide, teacher, and Messenger Midwife.
For nearly three decades, I’ve worked in the space of identity and purpose, helping individuals clarify who they are, name what they carry, and discern how they’re meant to show up in the world.
While the work has taken many forms across different ages and seasons, the through-line has always been the same: clarity before movement.
The Work I Steward Now
In this current season, that work is being stewarded through The Clear School and The Clear Campus, with a focused heart toward Christian women in their second season of life who are discerning what comes next.
The ‘I AM’ Work and The Messenger’s Work are formative processes, not quick exchanges. Over time, I’ve learned the value of relationship, context, continuity, and care as that work deepens.
How I Walk with You
The ‘I AM’ Work can be explored independently, at your own pace. As you move into The Messenger’s Work, deeper support is grounded in relationship, shared context, and continued engagement within The Clear Campus.

Purchasing a workbook does not include ongoing personal coaching. The ‘I AM’ Work does not require personal oversight. Tribe-Reach Advisory can be accessed separately; Campus membership is not required.
