4. Tribe-Reach — “I need to reach the tribe I’m called to serve it.” You’re building the pathways, systems, and platforms needed to reach and serve your tribe.
5. Messenger Stewardship — “I will sustain & grow what I’ve built.” You’re expanding your impact, refining your ecosystem, and leaving a legacy of transformation.

Mission & Vision Work — Clarifying what a mission is (and is not) and what you expect to see (your vision) as a result of living into your mission.
Declaration Work — Creating a centralized overview of who you are based on the previous work.
The ‘I AM’ Work helps you clarify who you are by exploring your God-given identity, values, mission, purpose, and unique design. Identity becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

1. Message-Giver — What burning topic(s) and theme(s) has God placed on your heart?
2. Mess/Mandate — What have you come out of or experienced that has birthed your desire to share your message with others?
3. Message — What do you want your tribe to know, understand, and have access to, or apply to their lives...?
4. Messenger — (Review ‘I AM’ Work) Who are you? What are your strengths, values, gifts, talents, likes/loves, quirks...?
5. Messenger’s Tribe — Who are your people? What are they struggling with or needing on their journey? What do you have to offer?
6. Maps/Processes — What transformation are you taking your tribe through? What are the beginning, middle, and end steps?
7. Mediums/Methods — Based on who you are and who your tribe is, what mediums and methods will you use to reach your tribe?
*Curate Ecosystem — Identify the content and digital pieces you need to have in place to reach your tribe.
